First-Year Advisers (Residence Life): Typically the primary academic adviser during the fall semester and through February will be living in the student's residence hall.
Chief Departmental Advisers: If you are looking for general advice and information about a particular major, a good place to start is the chief departmental adviser for the program.

Majors & Minors: Find out what majors (and minors) are available and what degrees are offered for each major.
What Can I Do with a Major in ...?

Exploring Majors Fair (February 9, 2010): Learn more about various majors and careers in an informal atmosphere. The Exploring Majors Fair is held in early February of each year.

Academic Calendar: Find out important dates such as when classes start, when to register, when the last drop day is, and more.
Miami Plan: All students complete the Miami Plan for Liberal Education. The Miami Plan includes courses that help you develop mental agility and problem-solving ability to think for yourself and adapt to a changing world.
Bernard B. Rinella, Jr. Learning Center: The Learning Center helps students reach their individual academic goals by empowering them with skills needed to be independent and successful learners and provides academic support through various programs and services.
Career Services: Career Services provides numerous services including counseling, a career resource center, workshops, career fairs, mock interviews, and more.
