Optimization of growth media and conditions on palm tissue was the start of this large project. Since the beginning we have been experimenting with different tissues of the palms (leaf, apex, rachis, seeds, embryo) to see what will regenerate the best. Different media has been optimized for the different tissues as well as the different species of palms we have growing.
