There are no faculty appointments in IES. However, there are 2 additional persons who, because of their teaching and research positions, are de-facto members of the IES:
Dr. Dolph Greenberg teaches an introductory core course for IES masters students (IES 431/531), and is the principal liaison in the IES relationship with the Miami Indian Nation. He is the director of the Center for the Protection of Traditional Cultural Landscapes and is the principal architect of several special projects with IES students and staff. Dr. Greenberg has been with the university for 34 years.
Ms. Monica Rakovan is the Twin Creek Watershed
Coordinator, a full-time position at IES supported by a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. She was the Deputy Director for Research at IES from 2005-2007 and remains a valuable resource for watershed studies. Several IES students collaborate with her on projects related to the Twin Creek watershed.
