 1.  Immerse sections in reagent solution

2.  Wash in dH2O

3.  Mount in dH2O
 

 1.  0.1 % aqueous solution of Analin Blue.

2. dH2O
 

 
CRAFT MODIFIED PROCEDURE: 1.  Place sections in IKI

2.  Wash in dH2O

3.  Place in Analin Blue

4.  Wash in IKI

5.  Mount in dH2O or Glycerin
