Welcome to the website of Miami University's College of Arts and Science Information Technology group, or CAS-IT. We are a team of information technology professionals who assist faculty, staff, and students in the College of Arts and Science and its supported entitities.
CAS-IT provides direction and focus to educational instruction and assists in the planning and recommendation of current and future technologies. We support, test, and implement information technology on university-owned computers and encourage the use of information technology for teaching and research.
IT Help Answers Online is an online resource for help with technology and services at Miami. The IT Services website also provides useful technology support information.

Please call 529-5983 for all issues. Typically the issue will be handled by a CAS-IT Technology Support Representative (TSR). If no one is available to take your call, please leave a voice message.
